About

I know what it feels like to live in constant stress and disconnection, and I also know that healing is possible. I’m Libby, and I help high-functioning, emotionally exhausted women reclaim inner calm, nervous system balance, grounded confidence and wellbeing, through a unique body-based path of healing.

​

I’m a Peace & Resilience Coach with a Bachelor of Consumer and Applied Sciences, majoring in Nutrition. My professional journey weaves together clinical insight, energetic practice, and the deep wisdom that comes from lived healing experience.

​

I began my career offering one-on-one nutrition coaching, then moved into the pharmaceutical industry and eventually spent over 14 years in the high-pressure world of medical devices, an environment where performance was paramount and stress was constant.

​

During that same time, I was also navigating an emotionally unstable home life. Living in a chronic state of survival, both internally and externally, I became increasingly disconnected from my body. Peace felt out of reach.

​

In 2017, my body delivered a clear message: I was rushed to hospital with what was initially suspected to be a heart attack. Although it wasn’t cardiac in nature, the cardiologist diagnosed a virus affecting my heart muscle or lining. That moment marked the beginning of a prolonged health collapse.

​

Over the following years, I experienced a cascade of unexplained symptoms, chronic fatigue, daily heart pain, insomnia, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis among them. Despite countless medical appointments, I was left without answers. Antidepressants were the only thing offered.

​

It was from this place of deep depletion that I turned inward and began to reclaim my health through an entirely different approach. Drawing on long-standing practices in Chi Flow meditation (since 2011), effortless meditation (since 2017), and an intuitive somatic emotional release method I began developing in 2012, I discovered how to regulate my nervous system, release stored emotional trauma, and support my body’s healing.

In 2022, I trained with the Institute of Coaching Mastery, where I refined my somatic approach and began guiding others through the same work that helped me heal.

 

I later completed the Laser Coaching Method with Regan Hillyer (2024) and am currently undertaking advanced emotional processing training with The Centre for Healing.

​

Today, I share my unique method through the PEACE Program, Chi Flow classes, and 1:1 coaching, offering practical, embodied, and deeply compassionate support for those navigating chronic stress, emotional shutdown, and unresolved illness.

My Approach

At The Aio Way, I take a holistic approach to well-being, supporting the mind, body, and emotions through body-based healing techniques. These methods allow healing and processing to unfold naturally, often without the need to consciously revisit past experiences, making the journey feel gentle and accessible. Individuals are guided inward, to the place where peace and harmony already exist, helping them release years of accumulated stress and overwhelm so true healing can take place. My ultimate goal is to empower people to live with freedom and joy, deeply connected to their most authentic selves.
