PEACE Program

Are you tired of trying to figure out what’s missing, what strategy, habit, or fix you haven’t tried yet just to finally feel at peace?

The PEACE Program is a 7-week journey designed to gently guide you out of your head and back into your body, where true calm, clarity, and healing begin.

Through grounded, body-based tools like effortless meditation, heart-mind alignment, and emotional processing practices, you’ll learn how to release what you’re holding and come home to a calmer, more peaceful you.

This isn’t about doing more, it’s about reconnecting with what’s already within you.

What's included:

Effortless Meditation

Tried meditation but found it frustrating or impossible to “clear your mind”? This style is different. Effortless, accessible, and accepting of thoughts, this approach forms the foundation of the program. You'll be gently guided each session as you learn, practice, and refine the technique, together in a supportive group setting

Heart-Mind Coherence

This simple yet powerful practice helps you reconnect with your emotional world in a safe, grounded way. It gently guides your awareness from the busy mind into the heart, offering clarity, emotional connection, and deep nervous system soothing. A favourite for many, including myself and my clients​

Supportive Community

Experience the power of being truly seen and heard within a small, caring group.
With no more than 7 participants, you’ll be part of a safe, supportive space where healing conversations unfold naturally, and where the insights and sharing of others gently deepen your own journey

Body-Based Emotional Processing

Sometimes, emotions get stuck not in the mind, but in the body. This practice helps you tune into physical sensations with presence and compassion, allowing stored emotional energy to move through rather than stay suppressed. It’s a gentle, empowering way to support your nervous system in returning to balance and ease

Healing Foods & More...

Fuel your body, calm your nervous system, and unlock greater energy and ease. Learn how to use food, and herbs to nourish your body through challenging times, while weaving in simple, powerful practices that bring you back into connection with your natural vitality, peace, and joy​

 

Stay Connected Beyond the Sessions

Support doesn’t stop when each call ends.

During the program, you’ll have access to a private WhatsApp group, a space to ask questions, share insights, and feel held by a small, supportive community throughout the week.

 

After the program, you’ll be invited to join the PEACE Community, an ongoing space for continued growth, inspiration, and connection.

Structure of the Program

The PEACE Program runs over 7 weeks, with 8 live group sessions, each one designed to build on the last.
The first session is a longer 2-hour immersion, followed by a second 1.5 hour session, then weekly 1.5-hour sessions (1 hour of guided practice + 30 mins of open discussion and support).
